Every real jewel needs the right solution. It is from here that in G.B. F.lli Bertoncello the ALPHA project was developed. It is a baking furnace in plaster castings with a de-waxing and wax recovery system on a special container. The machine is characterized by a resistance heating system. An innovative system has been designed to uniform the temperature inside the furnace. The control of the temperature and of the phases of the cycle is entrusted to a plc color touch screen easy to use with the ability to program production cycles and saving parameters. Each phase of the work cycle is in continuous supervision by the PLC and controlled in order to guarantee the safety of use. The base on which each cylinder rests is made of non-deformable steel, geometrically designed to withstand over time and to let the waxes and exhaust fumes flow. Each cylinder loaded on the rotating table will be identified by the control software and at any moment the operator can call it in front of the automated unloading door. Every part and every choice of materials has been studied to guarantee efficiency and repeatability over time. Furthermore, a top assistance service and spare pads management will reduce machine downtime to a minimum. Thanks to its know-how that characterizes G.B. F.lli Bertoncello since 1958 and his leadership in the production of furnaces for many sectors ALPHA is concived with indisputable characteristics.
