Ammonia gas dissociator with built-in electric control panel
Highlights
The dissociation of the ammonia gas (NH3), generates a fix mix of 75% of hydrogen gas (H2) and 25% of nitrogen gas (N2) is obtained. This gas mix is usually used by the furnaces working in deoxidizer atmosphere. Our ammonia gas NH3 dissociators are composed of:

- Catalyst heating group with resistances for the catalyst
- Reaction catalyst with high-permeability grains content
- Heat exchanger of the dissociated gas at the catalyst outlet
