This machine, manufactured according to our patent, is used to prepare the chain to the braze-soldering with our conveyor belt furnaces we manufacture.
The octagonal shape of the containers, together with the simultaneous movement of rotation and oscillation, guarantee a continuous mixing of the welding powder and its perfect penetration into the openings of the chain rings. Thanks to these technical solutions, the machine can reproduce the manual movements made during the chain preparation.
The obtained result is excellent and gives a further guarantee in the next working steps.
Advanced instruments allow to keep under control all the movements set in the machine and make them repeatable.
