Skein rotator to prepare the chain for soldering with liquid and powder
Highlights
This machine is used to prepare the chain for the brazesoldering with a mixture of castor oil, trichloroethylene and soldering powder.
The machine is composed of:
- Two spools to load the chain
- Stainless steel tank to catch the exceeding mixture
- Working speed digital indicator
- Working cycle programmer
After this procedure, the chain is prepared with the soldering powder and then it is insulated with the industrial talc with our tumbler model GB 77T.
Advanced instruments allow to keep under control all the movements set in the machine and make them repeatable.
